Why the name fancy pants party?

Well first, you have to admit, it's just darn fun to say aloud☺️. Our owner and Principal Consultant extraordinaire—was lovingly teased by those in her inner circle about being the one most likely to show up and show out in her fancy pants, and the concept just stuck. We think our name brings levity to operational and planning tasks that can often be frustrating, and that it communicates a certain effervescence that we feel should be felt by all who are planning out special occasions or digging into systems making. We think the name Fancy Pants Party  communicates just that. 

Which industries does Fancy Pants provide Business operation and logistic support to?

While industries and services of the businesses we work with vary, sometimes the overarching operational or logistic needs have a common thread—the need for organization, improved efficiency or project planning. That said, if you are a new start up company or small businesses that is on the cusps of expanding and but do not yet have a full time administrative team to carry out the day-to-day operational tasks, you can count on a Fancy Pants Party consultant to own part of those duties while you devote more time to the work you are an expert at. Part of our commitment to great service is providing an initial assessment of your needs. The Fancy Pants Party team believes in celebrating the lives, achievements and milestones of all our clients. If you have an idea for a party, special celebration or meeting, please contact us and we'll work with you to create the custom experience you'd like to have.  Birthday parities (adult, children & pets), anniversaries, dinner parties, holiday themed, housewarming & graduation parties are a few examples of events we can help to support. We also support with business operations and logistics planning, and special occasion/project writing.

Can a member of the fancy pants party team help My Fabulous Fiance and I plan an equally fabulous wedding?

Oooh!! We LOVE weddings and we LOVE love! That being said, we aim to provide the highest quality of customer service and at this point we are not prepared to deliver the extravagant wedding you and your significant other deserve. For those couples who are seeking DIY support, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your vision and our hourly coordination package option. 

I don't live in PHiladelphia, can the fancy pants party team help me create a memorable event experience?

Though we are a Philadelphia based company, we can work to support our clients who live out of town. Please contact us with your event/party needs and we'll do our very best to create a custom experience for you and your guests. 

 

I have a question that is not listed here, how long will it take a fancy pants party team member to respond to my inquiry? 

We understand that our clients are quite busy and would like to get started planning their celebrations as soon as possible. We strive to respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours. 

 

a fancy pants party requires fancy decor, does your company provide decorations for my celebration? 

We are ecstatic that you would trust us to execute your vision and are pleased to say that we are able to provide logistical and design support to help you select decor for small scale celebrations. We do not partner with any specific vendors, as we choose find the best fit options to ensure quality customization for each of our clients. Please feel free to contact us with specifics about your party decor needs. 

I'd like to have a some spirits at my party, are you able to provide that service? 

If by spirits, you mean ghosts, nope. Sorry. If you're more interested in providing adult beverages to your 21+ guests, then we can help in selecting the right catering service that will be able to provide some tasty libations to wet the whistle of you and your guests. 

I notice there are no prices listed—how will i know if fancy pants party services fit my financial spending plan?

We truly want to ensure you receive superb service and part of the service is taking the time to assess and understand what your core needs may be and how we can help. Not every event or project requires the same level of time commitment or involvement which is why we encourage those seeking Fancy Pants Party services to participate in a brief consultation with a Fancy Pants Party representative first. During that conversation, you’ll be asked specific questions about your needs, timeline, your specific spending parameters and how hands on (or off!) you’d like to be in the processes that will lead to your preferred deliverables. With those details, our Fancy Pants Party consultant will be able to draft up possible recommendations that best align with your vision.

I work in a school and my school community would like to have a special event, but we just don't have the time. Can Fancy Pants Party offer any services for a small to moderate budget?

Our amazing owner and founder was once a teacher and she understands how busy school officials are preparing youth to be successful adults. If you're a school official looking to plan a special celebration, event, or meeting for your students and/or staff community, please contact us with details about your event and we'll work to customize our service to fit your needs and budget. If your event is small enough, we may even be able to offer complimentary consulting.
